(KPL) Real estate developers Creed Group and Anandi Group opened a sales gallery for the ARATA Xaysetha Garden Residences project in Phonthan village, Xaysettha district, Vientiane Capital, on May 4, 2019.
Creed Group is a Japanese real estate firm with more than 20 years of experience in mature real estate market in Japan and has been investing and developing in the growing real estate market in Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Laos. ARATA is Creed’s first project in Laos with Aanandi Group as a local partner.
In providing a new community housing development project near the new access road called Donnokklum-450 Year Road, this is a new development area that soon will be Vientiane’s commercial business development zone, said Mr Toshihiko Muneyoshi, Director of Creed Group.
ARATA Garden Residence comprises more than 108 units in total, and provides various selections of house types available from shop houses, link villas and single villas, which the price starting from USD 95,000. It also offers a variety of facilities such as community swimming pool, kid pool, playground, mini mart, gym, and 24hr security services, said Mr Toshihiko Muneyoshi.
ARATA means New in Japanese and “Mai” in Lao and it brings a new concept of properly managed community living to Laos in response to changing lifestyle in the Lao PDR, added Mr Toshihiko Muneyoshi.
One of the advantages of the ARATA is its remarkable location at Ban Meuang Noi, Xaysetha district, Vientiane, which is one of the fastest growing areas in terms of land price and population. It is about 4 km from Lao-ITECC, and close to Bazaar-B Cash & Carry wholesale market, Lane Xang Sports Complex and other potential places.
Aanandi and Creed have started cooperating with one another for ARATA Xaysetha. Aanandi Group with its headquarter in Singapore has an ongoing project in Laos Aanandi Riverview Project which started construction in February of 2018 and will be completed in late 2019, Mrs Soumieng Deajpanyanan, Director of the Aanandi Group. Creed Group and Aanandi Group are bringing the Japanese way of managing construction quality and landscape design into Laos.
