Sundance Energy Inc. Reschedules its Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2019 Earnings Conference Call

DENVER, March 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Sundance Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: SNDE) (“Sundance” or the “Company”) today announced that it has rescheduled its fourth quarter and full year 2019 earnings call in order to allow for additional time to ensure the accuracy of its 2019 financial information due to the current economic environment, including circumstances related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) global outbreak.  The Company has also filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a Form 12b-25 to automatically extend the date for filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019 by 15 calendar days from the March 16, 2020 deadline. A separate press release announcing details for the fourth quarter and full year 2019 earnings call will be issued by the Company at a later date.
